Nanoscale 1D-LC peptide gels separation system
Nanoscale 1D-LC peptide gels separation system. Nanoscale 1D-LC peptide separation system
Ettan nanoLC is a fully bio-inert, robust, nanoscale peptide separation system that is suitable for 1D-liquid chromatography (LC) proteomics applications upstream from electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (MS) or MALDI MS/MS applications. Extending the range of applications of GE Healthcare's family of Ettan chromatography systems, the nanoLC is ideally suited for those with limited funding but who require a dedicated 1DLC system with high sensitivity. The Ettan nano LC performs high-pressure gradient formation with unmatched reproducibility and online, real-time gradient monitoring, while maintaining a continuous flow to the ion source or MALDI spotter throughout a run. The instrument's low dead volumes ensure minimum peak broadening and consistent peak concentrations for maximum sensitivity and resolution. Integrated system components include a flow splitter that ensures excellent gradient elution at flow rates as low as 200 nL/min, UV and conductivity monitors, the P-905 pump, a pressure sensor, and biocompatible flow path and pump heads. The Peltier-cooled Autosampler A-905 allows the injection of as little as 100 nL of sample from vials or microtitre plates. Control and evaluation of the chromatographic process can be achieved using Unicorn software or via a virtual interface with the MS software module. Nanoscale 1D-LC peptide gels separation system
