The Thermo Scientific Varioskan Flash spectral scanning multimode reader offers optimal performance for demanding research assays. It can be used for fluorescence intensity, time resolved fluorescence (TRF), photometric and luminometric assays. With a wide range of applications, the Varioskan Flash has been used in the optimization of kinetic fluorometric and luminometric assays. Simultaneous reagent dispensing and measurement were used in extremely fast reactions. Time of dispensing, dispensing speed and measurement order of samples were optimized with protocol setup to achieve maximum efficiency and high quality results.
