The unique PDMS flow cell of the YC-1 flow chamber allows the liquid environment of cultured yeast cells to be seamlessly and rapidly changed while cell proliferation is observed in a bi-dimensional manner over multiple cell cycles. No cell washout is required. For use with inverted microscopes only, models are available with resistive heating or Peltier temperature control options.
