HPLC systems

Combining speed and low peak dispersion with analytical capability, the Corona ultra Charged Aerosol Detector has been developed for the Dionex UltiMate 3000 HPLC and RSLC systems. The power of CAD lies in its versatility and ease of implementation; it can detect any non-volatile and many semi-volatile analytes independent of chemical structure, with or without a chromophore. It is useful for analytes ranging from small molecule active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and counterions to large molecules such as polymers and proteins. It is ideal for lipids using liquid chromatography where the wide variety of structures and widely varying UV response present an analytical challenge. Both detector and system are controlled by the easy to use Chromeleon Chromatography Data System software, making CAD an ideal combination for throughput, resolution and detection for all application where universal detection provides the answer to an analytical problem.
